Awesome product! It’s extremely versatile, switching between exercises is super smooth, and the overall build is rock solid. The 2:1 pulley ratio makes a real difference for us. My wife and I have different strength levels, and we can quickly switch to the resistance that works for each of us, which makes sharing one machine really convenient. I also loaded up the plate storage on the back and it’s still holding strong. The 350 lb weight stack provides plenty of resistance and handles all our training needs.
I’m still undecided about this stair stepper, so this review is based on my experience so far. I own a fitness studio in Michigan and purchased it for our gym. Before buying, I spoke with the company several times to make sure it could be used in a commercial facility. They described it as having a commercial-grade frame, although that doesn’t always mean a machine is intended for commercial use.
We haven’t had it for very long, so I can’t speak to how it will hold up with consistent gym use. That’s one of my biggest concerns, and I’ll need more time to see how it handles the wear and tear.
There are also a few things I’ve noticed early on. The steps used to get on the machine stick out, and I’ve seen quite a few people walk into them. I understand they’re there to help people get on safely, but I wish the design worked a little better in a gym setting.
As a trainer, I’ve also noticed that the machine takes a bit to reach the selected speed. I find myself explaining to clients when they get on that it will gradually get faster. The stop can feel a little jarring, too. I understand the safety features may be designed with home use in mind, including households with pets, but the experience doesn’t always feel as smooth as I’d like.
Overall, I don’t think it’s a bad machine. I’m just still getting a feel for it and have some concerns about the design and long-term durability in a gym environment. I’d like to spend more time with it before making a final judgment.
Super solid build! The cable pulley system is super smooth, and setup was a breeze. The dual pulley setup is even more practical in training than I expected. It adds so much versatility to every session. Feels like a machine that’ll last for years!

This is an excellent piece of equipment that is well-made and easy to assemble and use. The handle has an excellent grip and swapping weights is very easy. Only thing I would strongly recommend is to also get the associated stand to make the best use of this equipment.

Perfect design and solid build. The dovetail lock keeps everything tight with almost no shake. Definitely grab the magnetic weight too, they make small increments effortless and really level up your training.

Build quality customer service top notch if I had one thing to tell somebody is if you're ordering the adjustable dumbbells order the stand with it. That was my mistake. I ended up ordering a stand 2 weeks later everything I've received was top notch quality could not be beat

I love these weights because they are durable and very easy to add additional weight. I also like that they do not make much noise or move during use while performing reps.
Bench is well arranged and storage options for weights underneath is super convenient. Cable crossovers built in is super nice feature as well
No shaking at all during use. The 6 starting positions let me easily adjust resistance as I get stronger, start light, work up. Honestly, it's got all the features I need and does exactly what I wanted for shaping my glutes and legs.
Prior to purchasing, I emailed customer service some questions that I had. Diana responded promptly and professionally with detailed answers! The Smith Machine arrived within the date that was given upon order placement. I had an issue with FedEx and Diana was quick to step in and resolve that issue! Assembly was pretty straight forward. The online YouTube video was helpful to reference when needed! I went with the aluminum pulley upgrade and it is well worth it! Operation is super smooth and they look great! I have been using every day for the last 2 weeks. Overall, the features and accessories included are awesome! Has every exercise you need! I am very happy that I went with Snode! Great product, very sturdy and fits perfect in my basement! I highly recommend!
