Es umfasst handelsübliche J-Haken und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen für Sicherheit bei intensiven Trainingseinheiten.

Smith-Maschine

Die im Power Rack positionierte Smith Machine-Station nimmt olympische Hantelscheiben bis zu 800 Pfund auf und ermöglicht verschiedene Solo-Krafttrainingsübungen. Really the best piece of gym equipment ever. The amount of workouts you can do on this is amazing. So many different options, we also love that while it is a smith machine, you can remove the bar for free weights. My husband and I bought the 210lb+10lb pair plate of Snode and they were shipped in the truck with the Smith machine. The weights are super nice, they all fit on the racks perfectly. It takes a few hours to put together, but wasn’t all that bad considering! Awesome set up, works amazing. We're so happy with it & so happy we decided to order one. 100% recommend, and will be purchase more equipment in the future!!

Stop looking. Just buy the thing

I spent many a months researching the best all in one trainer. I was gonna go with REP or Rogue and even jacked up fitness at one point but I decided to go with Snode again and get this Machine. I’m glad i did. Stop wasting hours doing research. I did it for you already. Trust me. Unless you want to spend around $7,000 on everything, buy this one.
