Recently bought this bar and I'm honestly impressed. Grip is just right — not overly sharp, but you never feel like it's going to slip. The bar stays solid even when I'm squatting heavy. Works great for both powerlifting and the occasional Olympic lift. Arrived in perfect shape, well packed, and seems built to last for years. Very fair price for a home gym setup.

The 25mm grip feels great in my hands. The knurling provides a secure grip without being too rough. It fits Olympic weights and works really well for my workouts.

Have had this for a few months! It’s been through some abuse for sure months of sets of squats and deadlifts 500+ lbs. bench press landmine lifts. You name it my wife and I have put this bad boy through workouts! Bar still holds true and straight. 10/10 would recommend!

Knurling is perfectly grippy without being annoying/paiful. I can do heavy deadlifts with no need to chalk. With my old bar I needed chalk even when pulling with a hook grip.

The bar is outstanding. The knurling is precisely placed on the bar with visual cues so you can place your hands evenly. The Olympic ends have ZERO slop in them.

Knurling on this bar is a thing of beauty. Grippy yet not too aggressive on the skin. I also went with AD80 and Competition Plates, and while it did make my wallet cry I know it was a good investment that’ll last me a lifetime. It’s true what they say, buy nice or buy twice.

I purchased this a while ago for my teenagers' weight set. This has held up well. I use it now, and the weights go on and off easily. The chrome finish still looks great. I appreciated being able to order this online.

The bar is sturdy, the spin is perfect. The grip has a nice knurling and feels new and fresh. You won’t find a better bar for the price. Great value.

So if you have only ever used gym barbells this will blow you away. The knurl is real...not just some scuffed up areas like a typical gym bar. The feel of real knurl is incredible. I use this barbell to bench, dead lift, squat, close grip bench. There is no slipping like every other barbell I've used in my long gym career. If you're building a home gym, you need this bar. It is a must have essential component.

Awesome barbell. Knurling is perfect. I love the stainless steel. I’ve learned that I prefer stainless over bare steel, cerakote or any other coating. It just always feels much better and will last forever. By far, my favorite barbell.
