Refund & Return policy
Cancellation
Once you click submit, our warehouse will begin preparing the order shipment to logistics providers and create shipping label because we try to get orders shipped out as fast as possible. But you may cancel the order at any time before we creat the shipping label for the order. Please contact us by email: info@snodesport.com
Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update.
If you change your mind about the order, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy below. Any return delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.
Returns
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a Return Shipping Label.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund. Please ensure that the returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales. Specifically include the following requirements:
- The product is in good condition. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function;
- The outer packaging of the product is original and complete;
- All parts and accessories should be complete, without any missing or damaged.
If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we reserves the right to refuse to accept the return.
After the 30 day returns period, customers may claim the warranty if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please check details for the manufacturers product warranty .
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- When Customer Pays For Return Shipping - customer should pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was their remorse ("Not satisfied with performance", "Item doesn't fit me properly", "Item doesn't meet my expectations", "I tried it but I want something different", etc.) Examples of instances may include:
- Order cancellation after item has already shipped, even if you haven't received the item yet
- Customer purchased the wrong item
- Customer accidentally purchased too many
- Customer accidentally provided incorrect shipping address
- No reason / Don't want it anymore
- Misinterpretation of product description (not reading item details/descriptions/features completely)
In the event of a return initiated at the customer's request, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the total refund amount too.
Additionally, all these kind of returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund if item is proven to be at customers reason for return. If the item has shipped and customer want to cancel the order, even if the customer have not received it, the return shipping and restocking fees will still apply because these costs have already been incurred.
When Snode Sport Pays For Return Shipping - snode sport will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:
- Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
- We shipped out the wrong item
- We shipped it to the wrong address
- We shipped a duplicate order
IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or is defective, YOU MUST provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or failure to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as "buyer’s remorse" and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back. The customer is also vulnerable to the 5% restocking fee as well as any shipping charges the seller has paid out. If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof prior to return, no exceptions. Refund
Once delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return and refund to be processed. Once processed, we will initiate a refund to the form of payment used on the original order, which may take 1-7 days to appear on your end depending on the payment providers.
Original shipping charges are not refundable as a part of your refund.
Shipping-related fees
There are situations where shipping-related fees may apply. For any of the below requests, please email us at info@snodesport.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request prior to your order shipping. However, due to the limitations of the logistics provider, there is no guarantee that the original order information will be modified successfully after shipment. If your order has already left our warehouses, carrier fees should apply, which will be discussed with you, and are to be collected from you, prior to completing your request:
